2026 Coaches

Noah McWilliams – Head Coach

Noah is extremely excited to return for his third year as a coach for the sharks. He first started swimming competitively as a sophomore in high school. However, he has much experience coaching and in the water. Noah loves the sport of swimming and has qualified for CIF every year possible. As a senior in high school, him and his medley team are looking for a dominant run deep into the post-season. He would love to swim at the next level but is still looking for potential colleges. He can’t wait until June!

Lily Cornejo – Coach

Lily is very excited for her first year of coaching for the Sharks. She began her swimming career when she was 5 years old for the Old Orchard 2 Shark swim team. Since then she continued swimming competitively for clubs and for Hart High school. When Lily is not swimming she is playing basketball for her college. She loves working with children and is excited to start her coaching journey this summer!

Emma Barker – Coach

Emma began her swimming career at the age of 8 for the Old Orchard II Sharks. She continued to swim every summer until she aged out. When Emma isn’t swimming, she plays soccer for her club team and Hart. She also plays tennis and ran for the Hart track team. Emma joined the Hart swim team her junior year, and will continue to swim for Hart her senior year as well. Emma was a Junior Coach for 3 years, and working with the younger kids inspired Emma to become a coach for the Sharks Swim Team.

Justin Hamilton – Coach

Justin is a dedicated swimmer with over 14 years of experience in the pool. Starting at the age of 3 on the Sharks Old Orchard 2 Swim Team, he has swam competitively year-round since 4th grade. Now 17, Justin has been a part of the Hart High School varsity swim team for all four years. He has also coached young swimmers in previous years, gaining valuable leadership and mentoring skills. Justin’s passion for the sport and his coaching experience make him excited to inspire and watch the summer swimmers grow.

Abby Ashford – Coach

Abby started swimming when she was 5 years old for the Sharks swim team, and swam until she aged out. She has had experience junior coaching on the team, and has also been on hart swim for her junior and senior year of high school. When Abby isn’t swimming she is doing sports medicine with hart high school and works with all sports year round. Being able to work with young kids, and those of her age has inspired Abby to become a coach for the Sharks swim team.
